He is also the President of the International Association of Resistance Trainers, a personal training certification and educational organization with instructors throughout the US as well as Canada, Australia, U.K., India, Italy, Spain and other countries.
Michael is an expert in time-efficient exercise and has a vast understanding of nutrition which he has applied himself to become a champion natural bodybuilder. He has been a contributing writer for, and featured in, several health and fitness magazines, fitness books, newspapers, and websites including: Natural Bodybuilding & Fitness, Men's Fitness, The Journal News, North County News, Fitness & Physique, and many more.

Jeanette Fischetto, is an experienced personal trainer certified through the NFTA and a student of the International Association of Resistance Trainers. She is also a Professional Natural Bodybuilder in the WNBF. Jeanette has been featured in the news and on television as a health and fitness professional and was the Spotlight Athlete of the Week for Fox Sports. She is also the Mother of three!

D.J. Ford, is an IART Certified Fitness Clinician and graduate of Marist College where he earned a Bachelors degree in Communications, a minor in Psychology and played 5 years for their Football team. Showing how well rounded he really is, D.J. plays the piano, guitar, drums and sax.
D.J. is very family oriented and has great energy and enthusiasm which makes him an obvious fit for us. With a personal philosophy of "You're either getting better, or getting worse, but you never stay the same" he is exactly the type of person who belongs on our staff and you want training you.
