I would just like to congratulate you on your book "Pure Physique" I found it an entertaining, informative and most importantly an honest read.

The information inside the book provide all the necessary tools for anybody who wishes to improve the way they look whether it be an overweight teenager,someone aiming to look good for a specific occasion such as a vacation/wedding  and even a 40+ year old  bodybuilder such as myself.

I read your book over the weekend….It was probably the most informative book I have ever read on weight training and fitness. Very in-depth and complete. I thoroughly enjoyed reading it (hence why I finished it in one weekend) and am looking forward to putting your suggestions to use in my own training. Over the last year and a half I have lost close to 60 lbs and have been looking for a resourceful book to help me increase my fitness level. I joined a fitness club in August and have found that I enjoy weight lifting, a lot. I got the chance to work, for free, with a personal trainer but was very disappointed in the results. He had asked me of my fitness goals and proceeded to walk me through the same "cookie cutter" workout I had seen him use on every other female he has worked with. That's why I liked your approach and book so much, you focus on individual goals and abilities and not a "one-size-fits-all" workout. Congratulations on what I consider to be one of the top reference books for anyone serious about making a difference.
