It is especially tough sticking with a proper diet in summer if you and your family are traveling. However, traveling does not mean throwing your hard work away and eating every-and-anything. The best way to stay ahead of a diet disaster is to be prepared – bring food to the airport, stock up your pantry with healthy options as soon as you arrive at your vacation home, etc. But we get it… everyone gets caught in a pinch while traveling.
