Tropical Avocado and Fruit Salad

Ingredients:
-1 papaya, seeded, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
-11 ounces (1 can) water-packed mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 avocado, seeded, peeled, diced
-2/3 cup Creamy Line Dressing (see below
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh mint
Directons:
1. In large bowl, combine the papaya, pineapple, oranges and avocados.
2. Add dressing and mix until fruit is coated.
3. sprinkle mint to garnish
CREAMY LIME DRESSING
Ingredients:
- ½ cup fat-free plain yogurt
-2 tablespoons honey
- 5 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
-½ teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
Directons:
1. In a small bowl whisk together all ingredients
