During pure physique junior classes our junior trainees will perform various strength training exercises using weights, resistance bands, body weight, medicine balls and more. Heavy emphasis is placed on proper form, safety, effort, team work, and most of all...fun! We implement both individual and team exercises, drills, and games to keep our junior trainees fully engaged during each class. The instructors are I.A.R.T. Certified Fitness Clinicians with a great deal of experience working with children of various ages. You are not going to find anyone more highly qualified to carry out a strength training and character building program like this.
