Pumpkin Peanut Butter Bites

 1 ½ cup rolled oats

 3/4 cup ground flax seed

 1/2 cup dried cranberries

 1/4 cup unsalted pumpkin seeds

 1 cup pumpkin spice almond butter-( Artisana or Justin's ) or any other brand you like/want to use

-Alternative: Use PB2 powder-cut down on calories and fat

 2 tbsp pure maple syrup

*Optional- Add 1 scoop of 'Shaklee: Pumpkin Spice Life Energizing Protein'


1. Add oats. Flax seed, dried cranberries and pumpkin seeds in a large bowl. Toss to combine

2. Put pumpkin spice peanut butter and maple syrup in a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds or until softened.

3. Combine the peanut butter mixture with the oat mixture, until mixture becomes thick. Shape into tablespoon- size balls. Store in refrigerator.
