We don't have to tell you twice that summer is finally here! With long hot days and pool parties on the horizon, why not feel your best so you can rock out this summer with confidence. The easiest way to feel your best is to challenge your self to kick up your workout or nutrition plan and then stick to it. You will be feeling like a million bucks in no time. Here are some ways you can take your current regimen to the next level...

-Add in an extra day of resistance training

-Add in a Group Resistance Training class

-Pop into the kickbox-Bootcamp classes

-Add a HIIT cardio workout in once a week (High Intensity Interval Training)

-Instead of meeting a friend for lunch go for a hike or explore a new park

-Eliminate alcohol from diet during the week
